5 steps to wellbeing (Facebook Post) (4).png

'May we Move together' is a month long awareness campaign introduced by Compass GO..., a mental health service in North East Lincolnshire part of the charity, Compass, to encourage you to get active for mental health.

It is well documented that there are strong links between regular physical activity and positive mental health as it keeps you stimulated, alert, reduces stress levels and equips you to positively deal with any demanding situation.

There are also many health benefits which include  lower rates of cardiovascular disease, and a lower chance of getting Type 2 diabetes, depression and certain types of cancer.

Join our challenge throughout May to increase your steps, get active and experience fun new sports and activities to help you feel FANTASTIC, build confidence and take control of your day!
